2. No Warranty

3. Engineering Responsibility

No output from HydroMind.AI should be used to justify lifting operations without a current, valid crane inspection certificate, a competent lift supervisor, and compliance with the applicable lift plan and risk assessment. Load calculations produced by this platform are indicative only and must be verified by a structural engineer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HydroMind.AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Equipment damage, personal injury, or loss of life resulting from application of platform outputs.
• Platform downtime, data loss, or service interruption.

8. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
