How to Use Feedback Form

Fill In Your Details
Enter your name, email address, role (e.g. Hydraulic Engineer, Crane Technician), and the topic your feedback relates to. Your email is only used if the team needs to follow up — it is never shared or used for marketing.

Rate Your Experience
Click one of the five star buttons to give an overall rating of the platform. Rating is optional but helps the team prioritise improvements. 1 star = needs significant work, 5 stars = excellent.

Write Your Message
Describe your feedback in the message box. Be as specific as possible — include the page or feature you are referring to, what you expected, and what happened. For bug reports, include your browser and device type if relevant.

Click Send Feedback
Click the Send Feedback button. A green confirmation message will appear when your message has been successfully delivered to support@hydromindai.com. The team typically responds to feedback within 2–3 business days.
💡 Tips
Use the Topic dropdown to help route your message — Bug Report goes to engineering, Feature Request goes to product, General Feedback to the team.
For urgent issues (platform down, payment error), email support@hydromindai.com directly for a faster response.
Feature requests are reviewed monthly — the most-requested items are added to the product roadmap. The more specific your request, the better.
All three fields — name, email, and message — are required. Role, topic, and rating are optional but helpful.
