Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased on HydroMind.AI (Pro and Enterprise plans). Purchases are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued via Paddle in accordance with this policy and Paddle's own Buyer Terms.

Try before you pay. Pro includes a 7-day free trial with no card required. We'd encourage using the trial fully before subscribing, since it removes most reasons a refund would be needed in the first place.

1. General Policy

Because HydroMind.AI is a digital subscription service granting immediate access to software, AI queries, and knowledge base content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. This reflects that the service — unlimited AI queries, tool access, KB access — is available to use in full from the moment of purchase.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are discounted in exchange for a longer commitment. Refunds for annual plans are only considered within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, and only under the exceptions listed above — not for the remaining unused portion of the year after that window.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@hydromindai.com with your account email and the reason for the request. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not itself trigger a refund for the current period — you retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you want to both cancel and request a refund for the current period, mention both in your email.

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise agreements involving custom terms, invoicing, or multi-seat licensing may have separate refund terms specified in the applicable order form or agreement, which take precedence over this general policy.
