These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HydroMind.AI (the "Service"), operated as an individually-owned software product ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
HydroMind.AI provides an AI-powered hydraulic and crane diagnostics platform, including an AI advisor, hydraulic system design tools, fault diagnostic reference material, and a technical knowledge base. The Service is offered on Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers, each with different feature access as described on our Pricing page.
Payments for HydroMind.AI subscriptions are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases and is the seller of record on your invoice and bank/card statement. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's own Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT collection on our behalf.

HydroMind.AI, its software, knowledge base content, and branding are owned by us and our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own professional or personal purposes. You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. photos, job notes) to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be complete or correct for your specific equipment or circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of equipment, production, or life/safety incidents arising from reliance on Service outputs without independent verification. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction apply and cannot be waived.
